The Client's Charter is your guide to what to expect from us in terms of customer care.
We will:
- put your interests first when representing you
- make every effort to explain things clearly and in terms you can understand, keeping jargon to a minimum
- tell you who will be handling your work
- give you a fixed quotation which will not change unless their are exceptional circumstances (in which event we will advise you immediately)
- respond to your letters and phone calls
- tell you about any developments and update you on progress as work proceeds
- treat all clients fairly, and will not discriminate against anyone, because of their race, sex, sexual orientation or disability
- keep what you tell us confidential
